Tagine Cooking – I’m Love’n it

I just purchased a great Tagine in Bristol from a fabulous cookshop and I cant stop using it.  I cooked a whole chicken in coconut with tandoori spices & curry powder – slow cooked for 3 hrs in the oven.  I served it with mushroom & garlic pilau rice and it was absolutely gorgeous.
